The main thing I don't get with Chelsea is the changing of managers all the time, players won't be able settle with new managers, new players, new systems every 6-18 months, need stability of one solid manager to get em back to the top or where they need and want to be, it's not like they've not got the money to spend on solid players, not to go out willy nilly and sign players for the sake of it, sacking tuchel was wrong imo, wouldn't have this conversation with him still there

I don’t think Declan rice is 100% the answer, he has amazing qualities and is almost a world class player in his position. But, it is to be said that there are other class players in the world and even in the own league. Joao Palhinha personally I feel should be looked at, if not him Ugarte. Chelsea just need some dogs on the pitch who will do anything to protect the back line. I would probably replace Mount with Nkunku because 1 he’s better, 2 he is more creative. Chelsea’s problem since Hazard has left has been not being able to score and not being able to create from central areas. I didn’t mind the Kane shout. Perhaps a swap with Lukaku +50 million? The back line is impeccable, Enzo it would be a waste on our record signing to be wasted at the 6, he is much more than a 6.

We need to get away from this back 3 system with wingbacks ffs. We can’t keep relying on Reece James and chilwell to create /score goals. They have too many injury problems and there is no space for actual wingers or a number 10 to play. Chelsea need to try a 4-2-3-1 system to involve the wingers more in the game. James and chilwell need to be coached into proper fullbacks defending more for the system to work. The back 3 is getting boring and we look lost as soon as James gets injured. Too much reliance on 2 players who are wingbacks and no space for actual wingers.
